An international water removal and flood damage company, based in Fort Worth, TX, recently asked Flair Data Systems for assistance in designing and deploying a new Cisco infrastructure for voice and call center applications. They have many separate locations that all route business calls to a centralized call center. With Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unified Contact Center, Flair was able to configure calls to be routed through the network to the call center instead of incurring toll charges for each customer contact. The customer's IT staff was also able to reduce the time required for phone system maintenance due to the centralized management platform for all sites and the increased reliability over their previous solution. Flair Data Systems continues to partner with this customer to ensure long term success of the implementation and to help adjust to any changing requirements. |
