Our commitment to our customers is evident from our proactive approach to planning through to the training and deployment. The planning stage includes a site survey that includes:

  • Reviewing client goals and timeline
  • Examining existing wiring closets to ensure space and power sources
  • Determining need for Survivable Remote Site Telephony in the event of a WAN failure
  • Reviewing all analog requirements ensuring cabling and connections will be in place for the telephony install
  • Reviewing current e-mail system and integration to Unified Messaging, if applicable
  • Determining new features that may be needed
  • Determining the dial plan and IPCC Express (ACD), if necessary
  • Determining any auto-attendant needs
 

After installation, full testing and acceptance from each site is reviewed with the client. This ensures complete customer satisfaction in the installation. In addition, Flair encourages the client to work side-by-side with our Cisco Engineers to learn the details of the system, so they can support the system after cutoff.

In addition to this training to the client, we offer additional, ongoing support if desired.
